Do I need to be technical?

Whose texting and email accounts are used?
Yours. You connect your own Twilio and Resend, so you own the phone numbers, the sending reputation, and the customer data — not us.
Can I sell bikes online too?

What if I only do mobile service, or only have a storefront?
